Essential expenses should not stand between plaintiffs and the pursuit of justice.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to expand access to justice through responsible funding for people with pending legal claims, so they can manage essential living costs during litigation.

Our funding is non-recourse.

If your case does not resolve, you owe nothing under the terms of your funding agreement.

Support before a case settles.

Pre-settlement funding helps a represented plaintiff cover everyday living expenses while the case moves forward.

  • Housing
  • Utilities
  • Food and groceries
  • Transportation

A settlement can be reached before payment arrives.

Post-settlement funding helps with essential expenses after a settlement agreement is signed and while the settlement funds are pending.

It helps bridge the gap between agreement and payment, while counsel remains involved.
